Phillips Ranch Team

How Phillips Ranch was Born

The dedicated team at Phillips Ranch is the heart of its mission to provide compassionate, culturally grounded, and individualized care. Each team member brings a wealth of experience, unique skills, and a shared commitment to healing from the inside out.

Together, this multidisciplinary team embodies the Phillips Ranch vision of holistic, culturally sensitive healing, creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients and their families.

Alison Aggen

Co-Owner / Clinical Director

Alison leads with over two decades of experience in the field of substance use disorder and mental health treatment. Alison’s philosophy on holistic healing represents a relatively new approach in the treatment of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) an mental health. While traditional programs often emphasize the 12-step model, Phillips Ranch encourages and supports this method while prioritizing a broader focus on healing the whole person. This includes addressing emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being by actively listening to each individual’s human experience. By incorporating Native American healing practices, evidence-based therapies, and innovative techniques like Breath Work, the program moves beyond symptom management to foster deep, transformative healing. This approach reflects a shift from treating addiction as a singular issue to understanding it as part of a larger, complex human journey.
