Creating a Safe, Respectful, and Supportive Healing Environment
At Phillips Ranch Treatment Facility, we believe that recovery happens within a structured, compassionate, and accountable community. The following rules and expectations are designed to protect the safety, privacy, and dignity of every resident. By following these guidelines, each person contributes to a healthy environment where healing can occur.
Program Rules
1. Substance-Free Environment
The use or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or unapproved substances, including kratom or synthetic substances, is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate discharge. A drug-free environment is the foundation of recovery and community safety.

All residents are expected to treat one another and staff with mutual respect, dignity, and consideration. Every person deserves to feel safe, valued, and included.

Acts of violence, threats of harm, or possession of weapons will not be tolerated and will result in immediate discharge.
4. Tobacco Use
Smoking and the use of smokeless tobacco are permitted only in designated areas. Residents are expected to respect others by adhering to all smoking boundaries.
5. Behavioral Responsibility
